This May, I wanted to run a Self-Care competition where you can win a £25 Amazon Voucher to spend on some goodies for yourself. Whether you want to treat yourself to new skincare or buy some aromatherapy goodies.

I always tell everyone around me that little acts of self-care can change your mood and give you a little boost now and again. Especially when you are working long hours or taking care of those close to you. You might be feeling a little frazzled so this is a way you can treat yourself if you win.

It’s really simple to enter and this is a worldwide giveaway too! Just follow the below steps to enter and you can treat yourself to something fantastic and give you a boost by upping your self-care routine.

    Unfortunately, with a SEN son, and very little support, I don’t tend to get much time for self care. I don’t sleep well, so if I am awake early, I try to read the paper online. A bit of time before the family wake up and demand my time.

      I never really learnt how to take care of myself until last year when I moved out for uni, and even now I struggle to relax, but honestly you learn by experience. just do your best and enjoy yourself
