Dating has changed so much over the years, from a time where people wanted to date and create a new life, a happy home and a family to people being more focused on other things and wanting a more ‘No Strings’ thing going on. This is what dating in the 21st century can be like.
Many a time I have seen people talking about dating online and how they would rather have something that is considered as ‘No Strings’ rather than having the whole hog.
You can have a lot of fun online, but at the same time take into consideration about being safe whilst surfing online.
So why don’t we get talking about dating in the 21st century then?

With people being less interested in a serious relationship, it is commonplace for people to be more interested in no strings dating.
Especially if you have come out of a long relationship/marriage, the last thing you would want is to be tied down again. But at the same time have someone close by to have fun with.

Catfishing is where someone pretends to be another individual. The reason for this is unknown, however can be someone you know or a completely random person online that is pretending to be someone else. We know at least one person who has been catfished at some point in their life.
Even checking social media may come to either a dead end or not give the results you were looking for.
IF you start speaking to a ‘celebrity’ then be very cautious as there is a very high chance they could be a catfish.
Ask to speak via video chat. Nearly everyone has either a phone with a camera, a camera or a webcam. That way you know the person you are speaking with is real.
Many will decide to ‘date’ and have a wife/husband/partner already. So be cautious about this also.
Don’t Jump In Head First
Take it slow and easy – there’s no need to rush into something serious right away.
Why not start with a casual meet-up, grab a coffee, and really get to know each other? Keep things light, have fun, and enjoy the process of discovering what makes each of you tick.
Even if you’re not looking for a long-term commitment, take the time to see if there’s chemistry. Play around with different dynamics, explore what excites you both, and let things unfold naturally. After all, dating should be an adventure, not a checklist.

Don’t give out money!
A massive scam going on at the moment is people in other countries or even your own claiming they need money for things such as flights, hospital bills or other many forms.
This has been increasing more and more, even I had my fair share of these in my time.
As soon as money is mentioned, back off. Refuse to provide any money through PayPal, moneygram or western union as it is highly likely to be a huge scam.
Unfortunately there are some bad people out there and it is best to be wary and investigate as much as you can.
