Find A Reputable Psychic Text Job
The first thing you want to consider is finding your psychic text job and ensuring they are a reputable company for many reasons.
Firstly, you don’t want to work with a company that openly scams people. There are many out there that do so be mindful before you join up and always read the reviews!
You also don’t want to be paid very low amounts for a lot of work when they are charging a lot per text or minute of IM chat.
Make sure you are paid well for your time, but also don’t sign up to just one company either as you need to make sure you are consistently busy and some platforms will be quiet.
Brush Up Your Basic Typing And Writing Skills
You should consider brushing up on your typing skills as you will be working from a computer/laptop for most of them and you want to be typing fast enough that you are able to smash out text or IM after IM.
Some companies are very picky about grammar and spelling so make sure you are using a decent spell checker, I use Grammarly which I have an extension on Chrome. I type really fast and tend to either miss letters or add in 2 by accident.
You want to be able to write sentences that are making sense to the person you are sending a text to, you also want to be able to use your imagination and have them wanting more.
Use Your Tools Of Your Trade
Whether you use pretty Tarot Cards like the Light Seers Tarot or you are using pretty Oracle Cards like the Super Attractor Oracle Cards, use the tarot or oracle cards that you are gravitating towards and find the cards that are right for you.
You can also use other mediums such as a pendulum or scrying, maybe connecting with angels or spirit guides. There are many ways you can use your tools of the trade and give the readings that are coming to you in various means.
We all have our own ways for divination so use the options that are available to you and how you can provide the right readings fro your customers.
Personally, I use tarot cards for the most part, occasionally I will use oracle cards which does help in a lot of situations.
Read And Understand Who You Are Connecting With
An important thing I wanted to point out is to read everything about your customer, what they have said, notes and also information that they have previously mentioned.
Go through a few messages, set the scene for your message. Are you picking up on something they have mentioned, or is there something else?
You can ask questions, but give them a reading first, then ask. So you could give a reading on starting a new journey, then ask if they have been seeking a partner.
Don’t be too obscure, you want to be clear in your messages to them and if you are feeling something, tell them. Just obviously avoid the don’ts below.
Do’s And Don’ts
Do make sure you are reading for the person in question.
Do make sure you are answering any questions they ask, unless it is something you are not able to discuss.
Do be kind, courteous and be nice to your customer. Even if they are angry and abusive, just report and move on to the next one.
Do remember that some may be suffering with depression or mental health issues and go with the guidelines of the company you are working from in making sure this is raised if you are concerned about their welfare.
Do remember you represent the company and to stick by their policies and guidelines.
Do make sure you are reading the notes on the person, don’t raise things with the customer if you are not sure about it. Especially if it relates to marriages, children etc.
Do encourage good things with the customers and if they have for example, left a bad relationship, encourage strength, movement and make them feel good about themselves. Essentially, you want them left felling positive and making the right decisions.
Don’t answer pregnancy, medical or financial and legal questions. This is a legal requirement. Also don’t talk about witchcraft, spells, dark influences and anything of the like.
Don’t swear. It might be your thing but you are representing a company so make sure you are keeping it clean.
Don’t give out your personal details, especially your name if you are working for a company and not using your real name. Most readers use an Alias.
Don’t steal customers. Ever. Never take their details and use it outside of the company.
Don’t encourage things like leaving a partner and if you are concerned about their welfare, raise this with your managers. Try to avoid discussion about cheating.
Don’t accuse their partner or family/friends of cheating or doing something bad. Don’t be planting the seeds of doubt about people and certainly don’t get involved in their drama.
Don’t lead a customer on. It goes without saying that we should not be doing this, not leading them into a false sense of security, thinking they will win the lottery or meet a rich billionaire.
Educate Yourself First
Why not look at other psychics and see how they are communicating with their customers. Watch them live, check out their social media as most will have different things you can look into.
Check out their websites, you can usually see horoscopes or quick free readings that they offer and get an idea of some things you can do.
See if you can find forums of people talking about the job/company and find out the information. Some places even give out tips on how they are becoming a psychic text operator. You check check out people like Lillyanne Medium as she is very popular right now.

There is a lot to think about when you are becoming a psychic text operator. You can do it by checking out other companies and psychics and seeing what information you can gain from it.
Read from the heart and what comes to you, it will be easy enough after a few weeks.
