For as long as I can remember, I have wanted a pair of Iron Fist heels however I struggled to find them in my size. Generally they would sell out fast when a new shoe was released.
Not sure whether it was bad luck or what, but whenever I saved enough money for a pair of these babies. I just never found the right pair in the right size.
This was years ago, now I am the proud owner of 5, yes you read that right – 5 pairs of Iron Fist heels.
I am not quite sure what actually happened to Iron Fist Clothing as I can see that they are no longer trading? I can see tweets halted late 2018 and the website states they are opening soon?
If they have gone under, that is a damn shame as they made such beautiful shoes. I haven’t found anything remotely similar.
So I recently decided I was in a position to buy myself some new shoes and thought why not check eBay. It was super hard finding a website that sells them in my size. They were mostly sold out or not carrying the shoes I wanted.
I managed to snap up several pairs through eBay at a really decent price. Considering they sold around £80 a pair years ago.
My favourite pair are the Death’s Diner Peep Toe Platform. Second pair is the Iron Fist Love Me Now Wedges.

About The Iron First Heels
Notably, the design of the deaths diner peep toe platform is something you wouldn’t find anywhere.
With a 50’s diner style look with some added cartoon gore. From a head used as a glass, to a burger made of entrails.
However, the cute pink shoe with an opalescent heel and front gives this shoe a cutesy look.
I love the retro design from the shape of the shoe to the design. They look beautiful paired with an array of clothing.
Made of out vegan materials and really comfortable to wear. They are PU.
With regards to the heel, it wasn’t too high so they feel comfortable on. I am able to walk in them without problems.Usually I am not a heel wearer, but they were comfortable for me.
Breaking in wasn’t too bad, by the 4th or 5th wear, they felt perfect. More durable as they are a little stiff when you first get them. But aren’t all shoes?
I like there is a foam insert under the patterned part of the shoe so wearing them is comfortable. This is quite important as we all know how uncomfortable heels can be.
Under the shoe is tan coloured with the burger print on the bottom in a black outline, but with wear this does fade.
Cost and quality
Costs for these shoes were around £60 thereabouts, however I got these on eBay for £20 posted brand new.
Now as the brand is no longer in business, you will find the shoes much cheaper brand new online and on websites such as eBay.
I have to admit, the quality is really good however these are an older shoe. So I had read the quality went down hill, but these shoes in particular are made very well. I have no complaints with them at all.
Can’t comment on the more recent shoes as the styles I have seem to be the older models.
With every pair, you get replacement bottom heel things, which is really good if you lose one. Plus you can purchase them online regardless for quite cheap.
I haven’t noticed anything coming away or any signs of bad quality so far.
At first, they are really stiff, but the more you wear them, the more they break in and feel super comfortable.
Final Thoughts
I enjoy these shoes so much, from the wear, quality to the print.
Ability to pair these with clothes is pretty easy, they look great with pastel clothing or even black for a pop of colour.
Have to admit, I am super impressed with them and can’t wait to review the others such as the Lacy Days Platform.
Purchasing more is an option, whilst they are coming up cheap!
